Corp offers:- Support for young Tunisians to strengthen their skills and employability.
- A networking service connecting candidates and companies seeking talent.
2. Accounts and Users
- Candidates : You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided (CV, skills). Any false profile may lead to suspension.
- Companies : You commit to publishing job offers in compliance with Tunisian legislation (Labor Code).
3. Intellectual Property
- The content (texts, logos, online training) is protected by Tunisian laws (Copyright, Intellectual Property Code).
- Any automated data extraction (scraping) is prohibited without written agreement.
4. Personal Data
In accordance with Tunisian law n°2004-63 :- Your data (candidates/companies) is collected for matchmaking and improving our services.
- You have a right to access, rectify, and delete it via : contact@corp.tn.
5. Responsibilities
- Corp does not guarantee obtaining a job or a candidate.
- Companies are responsible for recruitment processes (respect for anonymous CVs, non-discrimination, etc.).
6. External Links
Links to other sites (partner training, etc.) do not commit Corp. Check their own terms.7. Modification of Terms
Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed by email or via a notification on the Platform.8. Disputes and Applicable Law
