[Call for Tenders] Audiovisual Production Companies

CORP (department of the Tunisian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce – AHK Tunisia) is seeking financial and technical offers (based on unit prices*), with a view to establishing a framework agreement valid until the end of May 2026.

*The contracted service provider will be paid for each delivered service based on the unit price indicated in the initial quotation.


0. Background

The Employ’Net project aims to select and train young job seekers in order to support their integration into professions offering better employment prospects.

Within this framework, CORP plans to carry out several communication campaigns to promote its activities and highlight its results.

To support these actions, CORP intends to establish a framework agreement with an audiovisual production service provider responsible for producing professional-quality photographs and videos, to be disseminated across various channels (website, social media, events, printed materials, etc.).

The purpose of this call for tenders is to select a responsive, reliable service provider capable of managing the entire audiovisual production process, from production to post-production, and delivering high-quality, visually impactful content.


1. Selection criteria

Beyond pricing, the most advantageous offer will be the one meeting several of the following criteria:

• Be a legally registered company compliant with current Tunisian legislation (RNE, tax ID, business license with AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION or CINEMATOGRAPHIC PRODUCTION activity).
• Demonstrate at least five (05) years of proven experience in audiovisual production (institutional, event-based, or corporate).
• Have completed at least three (03) similar assignments (for one or more NGOs) over the past three years.
• Provide a professional portfolio demonstrating the quality and diversity of previous productions.
• Have a permanent technical team, ensuring continuous availability for all planned assignments.
• Be able to provide verifiable client references (companies, NGOs, public institutions, or international partners).
• Own modern and high-performance professional audiovisual equipment, ensuring image and sound quality in line with current production standards.
• Have suitable logistical resources for nationwide travel (including vehicle(s) and transportable equipment) to carry out assignments in different regions.


2. Services, Deliverables, and Pricing

The service provider must submit a price list per shooting day (excluding TVA) for each service listed below.

The term Workshop/Activity includes, but is not limited to: information sessions, collective selection workshops, individual interviews, training sessions, coaching workshops (theatre/career), soft skills workshops, assessment days, etc.



3. Submission :

Interested service providers must send an email to r.hsasna@corp.tn and m.neji@corp.tn, with the subject line: “CORP Employ’Net – Production Framework Agreement Offer”, with the following three attachments:

  • Annex 1: Financial offer, duly completed, stamped, and signed.
  • Annex 2: Provider charter, duly completed, stamped, and signed.
  • One single PDF presentation including supporting documents for each of the selection criteria listed above (business license, RNE, portfolio, CVs of the permanent team, client references, real photos of production equipment and transport/logistical means, etc.)

The submission deadline is november 21, 2025.

Only the service provider selected after the shortlisting and evaluation process will be notified.
