[Call for Tenders] Printing Houses and POS Materials Providers

CORP (a department of the Tunisian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce – AHK Tunisia) is seeking financial and technical offers (based on unit prices*) for a potential framework agreement running until the end of may 2026.

* The contracted provider will be paid for each service delivered, based on the unit price indicated in the initial quotation submitted.


0. Background :

The Employ’Net project aims to select and train young job seekers and support their transition toward professions offering better employment prospects.

Within this framework, CORP plans to organize several events and ceremonies to promote its activities and showcase its results.

To support these actions, CORP intends to establish a framework agreement with a printing company or a provider specialized in promotional materials and POS (Point of Sale) production, responsible for printing and delivering professional-quality materials to be used across various channels (events, institutional materials, field actions, etc.).

The purpose of this call for tenders is to select a responsive, reliable provider capable of managing the entire printing process and ensuring the quality, consistency, and impact of the produced materials.


1. Selection criteria :

Beyond pricing, the most advantageous offer will be the one meeting multiple criteria listed below. Each criterion must be supported by the corresponding supporting documents:

  • Legal registration and compliance with Tunisian legislationn

    Supporting document: Business license (Patente) with category code M and PRINTING activity or equivalent.

  • At least five (05) years of experience in the printing field

    Supporting document: RNE extract showing activity start date prior to 2020.

  • Up-to-date tax and social security status

    Supporting documents:

  • RNE extract with “Total default” unchecked
  • CNSS clearance certificate for Q4 2025
  • Latest annual and monthly tax payment receipts

  • Professional portfolio demonstrating quality and diversity of productions

    Supporting documents: Real photos of selected branded goodies, office items, and printed POS materials.

  • Verifiable client references (companies, NGOs, public institutions, or international partners)

    Supporting document: A table listing 3 clients, projects completed, contact persons, and contact details.

  • Modern and high-performance printing equipment, ensuring quality aligned with current production standards

    Supporting documents: References and real photos of available printing equipment.

  • Adequate logistics resources for nationwide operations

    Supporting documents: References and real photos of available transport vehicles.

Please note: All graphic design will be fully provided by CORP. The selected provider will intervene only in production and printing, using print-ready files compliant with the required technical standards.


3. Submission deadline :

The provider must submit their offer by email to: r.hsasna@corp.tn and m.neji@corp.tn , Subject line:
“CORP Employ’Net Print Framework Agreement Offer”.

The submission must include the following three attachments:

  • Annex 1: Financial offer, duly completed, stamped, and signed
  • Annex 2: Provider charter, duly completed, stamped, and signed
  • Supporting documents file: All required supporting documents combined into one single PDF file


The submission deadline is january 31. 2026.

Only the provider selected after shortlisting and final evaluation will be notified.
